Fishy Sticks

Who might that be?

Why that is the Seidel family Elf on a Shelf!  Here are some of the funnier pictures of his expliots during the time before Christmas.

Boo Boo Face

You may have noticed some marks on Gabe's face....we went to Aunt Nikki and Uncle Mike's for our Christmas get together....we happend to come over on the night Santa rode thru Exeter on a fire truck.  Gabe got a little impatient and ran down the driveway.  Mark said the sidewalk stopped his face.  He cried for a little and it healed well and was all better before Christmas.  This wasn't his first face plant and I am sure it won't be his last!

Cookies

The boys love to help me cook, so when it was cookie time they were all in.  I made most of the cookies over the week with Nathan's help but saved the peanut butter with Hershey kisses for Gabe.  Thus Nathan's sad face in the first picture.  He was happy at the end since he got to help Gabe peel kisses and apply them to the cookies....some disappeared though...not sure where though.  Cooper had fun peeking for cookies and I now need to hide them so he won't steal the container to eat them...actually caught him doing that one, I was blaming the older boys for it and said I didn't like them blaming their innocent baby brother....check out the boys handy work...

Where is Cooper?

Ok as a hunter's wife I can avoid having any camoflauge clothing for myself, however the boys are a different story.  The second Mark knew Nathan was a boy he ran out and bought camo clothes.  Never being around babies he was a little off in the size.  At 9 months the clothes stayed in the closet for 6 months (only Gabe and Cooper are little as far as the Seidel boys go).  Cooper can finally wear them and he looks cute "blending in" sporting mossy oak real tree (I am embarrased to know that) stealing the remote.  That is his new obsession....if you try and take it from him he plays a great game of keep away until chucking it on the floor....are remotes supposed to sound like maraccas?

15 Months

A little late I know (especially since he will be 16 months soon)
Mr Cooper is still a happy baby (but some naughty toddler things are starting) and he is finally wearing 9  months clothes!  He starts in the toddler room on 1/2/13, I know he can hold his own but I not sure how he will survive without eating constanly.  He was a good boy at his appointment, but quickly recognized the shot nurse and started screaming.  He only got three shots this time one of which still has a big bump on his arm.  After some mommy kisses he was happy again.  He weighs 21.4 lbs which is the 26%.  He still hasn't tripled his birth weight but the doctor said he is healthy and she isn't worried.  He is still not on the height chart at 29.5 inches.  But he is just below the line so maybe at the 18 month appointment he will at least be zero!

Hockey Anyone? or Football or General Mayhem

Another nice day meant another nice playtime in the back yard.  Cooper is taking after daddy and Nate in his love of all things sports.   A little hockey and a little football were on the docket. Notice Gabe dumping leaves on Cooper....he didn't stand still long enough for me to take the leaves off his head.
